Believe it or not, some entertainment companies engage in the practice of booking multiple events under the same band name on the same day. They staff their ensembles by sending randomly available musicians to weddings, piecing together a temporary "band" for each event. Additionally, one of the musicians will be tasked with bringing a sound system. You know, whatever fits in the car, essentially.
