Grace and Will's wedding at the Bristol Harbor Inn

It was a beautiful summer day in June, and we were very excited to play at Will and Grace's wedding at the Pavilion at The Bristol Harbor Inn.

A wedding ceremony at The Bristol Harbor Inn is a truly beautiful experience, and the picturesque surroundings of Bristol Harbor provided a stunning backdrop for their nuptials. Our DJ started the ceremony by playing soft, elegant music as guests found their seats. He then played two memorable songs that Will and Grace specifically requested. The first request, Stay with Me by Daniel Jang, was for the bridal party's entrance, and the second, A Thousand Years by Benny Martin, was their choice for when Grace walked down the aisle by her father. At the conclusion of the ceremony, everyone stood and cheered as the newlyweds were officially announced as Mr. and Mrs. O'Doherty.

While wedding guests were enjoying a wonderful cocktail hour, Will, Grace, and the rest of their bridal party snuck away to take photos out on the back deck.

The start of a wonderful night!

At 7 pm, Boston Premier began performing tasteful background music while our vocalist prepared the bridal party for their formal introductions. Minutes later, we asked the guests to stand and cheer as we formally introduced the bridal party and then Will and Grace into the pavilion. As they made their way to the center of the dance floor, we asked the guests to take their seats and then played their first dance song.

Dinner and Formalities

At 9 pm, Boston Premier emceed the last of the formalities of the night. The newlyweds cut their cake, Grace danced with her father, and Will danced with his mother. At the conclusion of those formalities, we got everyonone up out of their seats and fired up the crowd for an incredible evening of dancing.

Will and Grace hired Boston Premier to entertain their family and friends. They wanted a lively wedding band that would WOW their guests and decided our 7-piece band was the perfect option for their event. We couldn't have been more pleased to have worked with this fabulous couple.

Will and Grace's Review

Since our wedding, there is one comment from friends and family that has NOT stopped: “Your band was phenomenal!” If you are looking for a band, this is it, the Boston Premier Band will give you a night you (and your guests) will never forget. They were the best part of our wedding—hands down. Due to Covid, we had been planning with Ceasar for almost two years. During the entire two years, he always kept in contact with us and kept us up-to-date. Ceasar took care of every detail—the ceremony, cocktail hour, and an unbelievable reception. He took the time to video chat with us (multiple times throughout the process) to really understand what we wanted. He even asked about the phonetic spelling of names for members of the wedding party. He went out of his way to learn a special song for my husband’s first dance with his mom. You can tell that Ceasar and his team care a great deal and put their entire hearts into their performance. Every song was perfect. It was more than just playing songs—it was an art. Ceasar and his team knew what songs to play when and how to read the energy of the room. At one point in the evening, they starting an unimaginable rap session that had every guest jumping and screaming. The energy that Boston Premier Band created was infectious. I will never hire any other band, ever. They are the best!!!! Best!
